Main Job responsibilities
will include training staff to follow restaurant procedures and company policies, taking orders over the phone and guiding customers online, explaining the menu to guests and dealing with any service issues and communicating with Management and kitchen. Further it includes working closely with management to meet revenue objectives, rrecruiting, developing and supervising staff, always eensuring excellent customer service and implementing appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines and ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly followed according to sanitary regulations
The person will work for 37.5 hours a week.
